The 2023 Global Data Ecosystem Conference was held in Shanghai from 25th to 26th November, 2023. Present were Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Shanghai, who declared its opening, and Liu Liehong, Member of the Party Group of the National Development and Reform Commission, Secretary of the Party Group and Director General of the National Data Administration, and Chen Jie, Vice Mayor of Shanghai, who delivered speeches.

The selection is aimed at selecting advanced benchmark enterprises, setting an example for the global data transactions, and helping the development of the data industry.
